A nice review of Into The Black, Book 1 in the Janey McCallister Mystery series.
The main character is an investigator at a casino on the space station. Her assignment is to catch a pick pocket. I like that she took this job to help support her mom. I also like that this series is set in the future. I like the futuristic technology. There is also good chemistry between the characters. I look forward to reading the next book in this series.
